David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company that supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We're looking for a French speaking Client Support Specialist for their offices in Barcelona.

Position : Client Support Specialist

Location : Barcelona, Spain

Work model : onsite, 100%

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Respond to seller queries in a timely and accurate way via email
  • Identify seller needs and support them in using specific features
  • Act as mediator between internal stakeholders and sellers
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting responses to each seller’s needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing scenarios or impersonating users
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and seller interactions
  • Inform sellers about new features and functionalities
  • Assist content managers in improving the FAQ to reduce overall contact rates.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluent in French (C1), with proficiency in writing and written. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2)
  • Proven project management experience with ability to manage deadlines, customers, and schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Knowledge of key Support KPIs
  • Tech- and data-savvy with quick learning of new tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening skills and service mindset with ability to dig deeper into issues
  • Effective time management with urgency, ownership, accountability, and prioritization skills.
