Your Mission As our new Senior Product Marketing Manager, your mission will be to lead marketing for one of our main product lines, The Bitrefill Card. This includes defining product positioning, leading the go-to-market strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally to demonstrate the value of Bitrefill’s products to new and existing customers. Based on market research and storytelling, you\'ll identify customer needs and opportunities, deciding what features, products, and markets Bitrefill should embrace, along with the marketing initiatives to drive conversion and reach the right audiences.

Your Responsibilities Plan and Execute Marketing Strategies : Develop and launch marketing campaigns that attract and retain users, set clear goals and KPIs, and then hit them.

Own the Project from Start to Finish : Take full responsibility for marketing the Bitrefill Card. Coordinate with different teams, but be ready to get things done independently. Leverage Your “Secret Weapon” : Bring your standout skill—e.g. data analysis, SEO, referral programs, or community building—and make a real impact.

Get into the Data : Help analyze campaign performance and user behavior to make data-driven decisions. Adjust strategies based on what’s working and what’s not.

Get into the Minds of Our Users : Understand what our customers truly need and what motivates them. Conduct research, collect feedback, maintain connections with user sentiments, and share your knowledge within the company.

Drive Growth Initiatives : Design and implement referral programs and other growth hacks. Always be on the lookout for new ways to grow our user base.

Build and optimize product funnels across the user lifecycle, from awareness to retention.

Design and run A / B and multivariate tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention funnels.

Who You Are Based in Europe. Qualify for the Bitrefill card. Likely to use the Bitrefill Card daily.

A proven leader or key contributor in successful marketing campaigns, able to explain exactly why certain strategies worked while others didn’t, and quickly adapt these insights to our business needs.

Knowledgeable about your marketing segment, able to articulate user needs and the competitive landscape, and demonstrate a genuine passion for mastering and sharing this information.

Critical and strategic in evaluating marketing channels, understanding the pros and cons of each, familiar with best practices for tracking effectiveness, and comfortable challenging common myths or overly simplistic approaches.

T-shaped in your skill set, with deep expertise in a specific area (e.g. SEO, social media management, data analysis) complemented by a broad understanding of other fields.

You apply an analytical and financial mindset to uncover real customer needs, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and financially sound.

Proficient in using analytics tools, able to discuss both their strengths and limitations, and articulate what additional features would enhance their utility.

Experience from remote team settings, with a track record of effective communication and hands-on examples of how you ensure seamless coordination with both internal teams and external partners.

Demonstrated success using A / B testing and CRO methodologies to improve key funnel metrics.
