Responsibilities
- Market Research : Understand emerging trends and competitive behavior with support from the marketing department, ensuring product offerings remain relevant and competitive. Competitive analysis - claims, launches, ingredients, packaging, etc.
- Product Lifecycle Management : Define and oversee the complete product development process, from creating innovative product concepts to market launch. Monitor market performance with a focus on nutricosmetics and general consumer wellness trends.
- Product Development Coordination : Review and approve formulas in close collaboration with the product and R&D teams in Turkey.
- Collaboration with : R&D / Laboratory, Formula, texture, and ingredient definition.
- Packaging : Design of packaging and labels with the global creative team.
- Regulatory : Ensure compliance (INCI, claims, registration).
- Suppliers : In case of outsourcing development and production processes.
- Product Launch and Follow-up : Continuously monitor the product's performance in the market, analyzing sales results and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Strategy and Positioning Definition : Define product concept-benefits, target, message.
- Establish value proposition and competitive positioning. Coordinate with branding to ensure image consistency.
