In our first 18 months, Luzia has become the fastest Spanish consumer-focused company to reach 1M daily active users worldwide. We are constantly evolving and working on improving our app to deliver best-in-class user experience focusing on education and companionship for GenZ - helping them learn, connect and grow.

What you will be doing in the first 15 days :

Create and map opportunities to improve our product and drive our main key metrics (DAUs, Retention, Engagement), ensuring initiatives are aligned with our product strategy. To do that you will need to : get familiarized with our internal infrastructure (tech architecture, app architecture and flows), study all of our app metrics diving deep (using SQL and Amplitude), read user reviews and past user interviews, to ultimately come up with a plan to present to leadership.
