Key Account Manager eCommerce Professional

We're seeking a dynamic and talented eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our team, managing iconic brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full e-commerce P&L, including leading sell-out execution strategies, driving business development opportunities, and building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and potential partners.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver growth and meet Sell Out and Sell-In targets.
  • Track and manage main e-commerce KPIs and digital shelf quality on a daily basis, analysing and implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Manage relationships with Amazon teams, including weekly meetings, JBP progress, business strategy, and operational improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams on designing selection strategies, drive best-in-class customer experiences, and maximise revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple P&Ls in collaboration with internal stakeholders (finance teams, demand & supply).
  • Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Set and drive Amazon Advertising strategy in close collaboration with local marketing teams, advertising agencies, and Amazon Ads teams.
  • Be comfortable working in an agile environment (Trello, Asana, etc.) and using BI tools (Vendor Central, AMS, Cobalt Jungle Scout, Salsify, etc.).

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in the e-commerce business as a KAM / BDM.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Business / sales / finance / engineering background.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach.
  • Excel advanced skills.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish, German or Italian is a nice-to-have.
