About the Role
Implementation and development of business across Asia, Pacific, Africa and some EU countries. Managing sales and marketing budget for respective territory. Coordination with marketing and education teams for launches, promotions and events.
Responsibilities
- Lead markets with CND brand portfolio to achieve set targets while contributing to overall departmental performance.
- Work closely with Commercial Director and EMEA & APAC Business Unit (Marketing, Education, Finance, Regulatory) to develop and execute sustainable growth strategy focused on constant brand building in these markets.
- Achieve sales and profit goals by creating personalized growth strategies for each customer that are synergistic with company's business plan, pricing and promotion policies.
- Evaluate all new product developments and promotional activities for effectiveness.
- Own development of customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and associated funding to ensure joint growth targets are achieved within budgeted spend.
- Drive In-Market sales by providing excellent execution and developing best-in-class partnerships with distributors.
- Lead and continuously develop distributor partners to deliver annual gross and net sales.
- Manage market activities and brand support investments for activities organized by distributors.
- Evaluate that all sales and marketing plans are developed jointly between our organization and distribution partners and are executed.
- Measure progress on agreed-upon standards via monthly reports.
- Align with Commercial director and implement trade terms and conditions for each distributor / market in line with brand strategy.
- Drive negotiation and contact strategy with distributor, including regular market visits to gain comprehensive understanding of business.
- Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for accounts, ensuring timely completion of required reports.
- Provide relevant account performance information, market insights and knowledge to wider business teams.
- Coordinate legal support for territory (agreements, export / import documentation, product registration control).
- Invoice and Credit management within agreed timelines and standards.
- Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counterparts.

Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently and take initiative when appropriate.Understanding of selling process and challenges faced by distribution and small business owners at a basic level.Fluency in English and Spanish, additional languages a plus.Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint.Essential Skills
