As a Data AI Senior Sr Manager focused on the Energy industry, you will shape AI-enabled solutions that optimise asset performance, accelerate the energy transition and unlock new growth. You will work with the most important Iberian companies, turning breakthrough ideas into production-grade products that deliver measurable business value.

Your work

In the Iberia market unit you will :

• Architect the future : Design and deliver enterprise-scale Data AI strategies and products for electricity, gas and energy companies.
• Lead from the front : Develop executive relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams and steer programmes from vision through value realisation.
• Innovate with impact : Combine deep industry insight, cutting-edge Gen AI, and Accentures global assets to reimagine core energy business processes along the full value chain, from planning and engineering to customer engagement.
• Shape strategy : Translate energy sector challenges (e.g. decarbonisation, grid flexibility, TOTEX optimisation) into Data AI-backed strategies aligned with business KPIs.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
