ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM :

We are seeking an Associate Director, Data Analytics to be the strategic partner and main contact for all data-related needs within our Product Marketplace & Ads zones. This role involves partnering with leaders across these zones to drive strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations and marketing. You will manage a team of analysts, focusing on identifying opportunities and delivering value.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of analysts.
• Take a holistic approach to stakeholder needs across data science & analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and data engineering.
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to identify opportunities for data products and predictive models using NLP, recommender systems, forecasting, and other advanced techniques.
• Utilize analytics and descriptive statistical models to explore data and identify opportunities.
• Build a reporting infrastructure tailored to the needs of the Marketplace & Ads teams, including executive and operational reports.
• Develop methodologies for measuring performance across different product and customer journey segments.
• Oversee analysis of large datasets to uncover insights and inform decisions.
• Design and conduct A / B testing experiments, promoting an iterative learning culture.
• Create tools and data products that automate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and enable self-service for users.
