Technical RF / MW Solution Specialist

We are seeking an Aerospace / Defense focused RF / MW Solution Engineer to work closely with our sales and industry teams to understand customer needs / requirements, demonstrate our products and solutions, and enable our customers to be successful including training and other levels of support.

Responsibilities Lead customer engagements from a technical perspective

Owning the technical demonstration, proposal, and in some cases delivery and support

Teaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunities.

Create demand for our products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrations

Develop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Be part of our teams that work with European programs like FCAS and IRIS2

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics Engineering required, Master\'s degree preferred or equivalent education with emphasis in RF and microwave theory and applications

Relevant experience in the A / D industry, and RF / MW / mmW communications systems such as modern VNA\'s, signal generators, and signal analyzers

Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates

Effective presentation and problem-solving skills

Business proficiency in English and Spanish languages

Holding a EU Passport is mandatory, Spanish passport preferred
