Descripción del trabajoBachelor\'s degree in Electronics Engineering required; Master\'s degree preferred or equivalent education with emphasis in RF and microwave theory and applications. Relevant experience in the A / D industry, and RF / MW / mmW communications systems with modern VNAs, signal generators, and signal analyzers. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates. Effective presentation and problem-solving skills. Business proficiency in English and Spanish. Holding an EU passport is mandatory; Spanish passport preferred. Work closely with sales and industry teams to understand customer needs / requirements. Develop and win complex opportunities. Be part of teams that work with European programs like FCAS and IRIS2.
Overview
Job Title : RF / Microwave Solutions Engineer
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced RF / Microwave Solutions Engineer to lead customer engagements from a technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from a technical perspective, developing solutions and guiding technical discussions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates to support successful outcomes.
- Work with sales and industry teams to understand customer needs and requirements and to develop and win complex opportunities.
- Contribute to programs and initiatives in European contexts (e.g., FCAS and IRIS2) as part of the team.
