We are seeking an Aerospace / Defense focused RF / MW Solution Engineer to work closely with our sales and industry teams to understand customer needs / requirements, demonstrate our products and solutions, and enable our customers to be successful including training and other levels of support.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from a technical perspective
• Owning the technical demonstration, proposal, and in some cases delivery and support
• Teaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunities.
• Create demand for our products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrations
• Develop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Be part of our teams that work with European programs like FCAS and IRIS2
