The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is housed in seven heritage buildings near the business district and major tourist sites. It offers 200 guest rooms, including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, a Michelin-starred restaurant, an expansive roof terrace, a gastrobar, a Spa, stylish event spaces, and luxury retail.

The Role of a Sales Manager :

We are seeking a talented GCC Sales Manager based in Madrid to promote and sell to all market segments within the GCC region. The role involves uncovering, prospecting, and securing business, meeting sales quotas, and working closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of luxury hotel sales experience, be fluent in Arabic, and possess a hospitality management degree (preferred but not essential).

Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and maintaining relationships with agencies and key clients.
• Managing sales activities related to the GCC market.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of bookings and events.
• Creating and analyzing sales reports and forecasts.
• Attending trade shows and networking events.
• Maintaining organized client files and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Working with the Commercial Director on marketing strategies.
• Demonstrating flexibility in work hours and ensuring high service standards.
• Staying updated on hotel promotions and services.
• Handling administrative tasks such as purchase orders and office supplies.
