As Talent Acquisition Trainee in the P&O team for Sandoz Iberia, you'll have a direct impact in providing the company with the best talent!

This is a great opportunity to combine your learnings from the classroom with real-world experience, having a direct contribution to the business and allowing Sandoz to pioneer access for patients!

Your responsibilities will include :

• Direct involvement in the Talent Acquisition function.
• Publishing job offers.
• CV screening.
• Telephone & online screenings.
• Support in interviews.
• Act as back up for TA Partners when needed.
• Support in managing Global mobility onboarding processes.
• Support in various activities in the P&O area.
