Business Development Role
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic and passionate professional to identify and develop business opportunities in the Alternative Investments space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and prospect new leads to create a book of business.
- Target General Partners and C-suite decision-makers of alternative investments firms.
- Facilitate introductions to key leaders and decision-makers nationwide.
- Keep an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
- Nurture new and existing client relationships.
- Travel to destination cities to tend to clients.
- Act on behalf of the company in delivering exceptional products and services.
Requirements :
Recognized degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Investments or Business Administration.Sales experience : 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience with a high-priced product.Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.Prospecting and outreach experience, including cold calling C-level executives and creating strategic marketing email campaigns.Exceptional listening and questioning skills, including emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.Strong hunter mentality with disciplined KPIs and farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships.Pipeline management ability, including research and organizational skills.Leadership potential, as we promote from within and actively develop top performers into management.
