We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Barcelona-based team and help us scale our sales efforts and the company as a whole. This role is a mix of outbound sales, account management, and relationship-building with leading names in the blockchain and AI space reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer.
About You
You’re ambitious, smart, proactive, and hungry to close deals. You love sales but are also strategic and curious about the industry. You have a growth mindset, thrive in fast-moving environments, and you’re a natural multi-tasker who can prioritize like a pro.
Your responsibilities :
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, closing, upselling and managing accounts
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with Blockchain & AI experts, from corporates to startups
- Sell and close sponsorship packages, exhibition space, digital media, and unique experiences
- Outbound outreach via multiple channels
- Attend networking events and industry meetups to generate leads and build relationships
- Prepare and customize proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
- Manage and update your sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Contribute to the sales processes and frameworks
- Partner with your fellow Account Execs to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
Who are We Looking For :
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding targetsPrior experience selling event sponsorships or media is a big plusPassionate and curious about Web3, AI, fintech, and emerging techHunter mentality : driven, persistent, and laser-focused on resultsStrong communication skills — you know how to tailor a message to any audienceNative or business fluent in English (written & spoken), other languages a plusAble to travel occasionally for industry eventsComfortable in a startup setting — flexible, fast, and not afraid to try new things and being proactiveWhat’s In It for You?
