Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to managing job offers

Develop and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms

Source candidates through professional networks, referrals, and targeted advertising

Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication at every stage

Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth transitions

Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insightful reporting

Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and tools to continuously improve processes

Qualifications Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities

Strategic thinker with problem-solving agility

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing environments

Able to work independently and collaboratively with business acumen

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2-3+ years' experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in dynamic environments

Proficient with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and social media marketing
