Job Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and client delivery.

Proactively generate business through outbound activity, including cold outreach, client meetings, and market mapping.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Consistently achieve performance targets in line with company objectives.

Create and execute strategic search plans across core focus areas : legal, business, finance, and infrastructure investment roles.

Requirements :

Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a recruitment consultant in a professional services environment.

Track record of high outbound activity and strong performance metrics.

Experience recruiting for roles in legal, financial services, or corporate environments.

Prior experience working in business English in an international setting.
