Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers. Your role will involve articulating the value proposition of our solutions and navigating a matrixed environment to drive sales growth.
- Manage overall relationship with assigned accounts, identifying key decision makers, influencers, buyers, and sponsors.
- Lead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessions.
- Facilitate both client-facing and internal sales meetings, ensuring appropriate resource participation.
- Collaborate with industry executives and matrix partners to drive adoption of new product opportunities.
- Serve as your customer's advocate, deeply understanding their business model and position within the market.
- Own the account planning process, determining the most strategic initiatives and priorities for your customers.

Review usage gaps and expansion opportunities alongside internal stakeholders.Articulate the value proposition of our solutions to executive-level buyers and influencers.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree, preferably business-related.Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably related to fraud prevention, SaaS, ID / Device verification services, IT services, or similar sectors.Extensive consulting selling experience with strong ability to identify clients' critical business issues and aligned solutions that solve their problems.Ability to communicate business cases and value propositions of solutions.Proven sales / business development track record.Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external).Ability to communicate and present at all levels including senior management.Accustomed to negotiating deals with a long closing period.Ability to travel up to 25%.Languages : Spanish native speaker. Fluent English. Fluent Portuguese highly desirable.What We Offer :
