Our offerFull-time, dynamic role in an international, collaborative environment.100% remote position with the possibility to travel.Direct reporting to the Global Coordinator for Legal Services (based in Spain).Opportunity to shape and grow a global business line with strong future potential.Your profile5+ years in global business development (legal / professional services / consulting preferred).Native-level English; proficient Spanish.Proven experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Key responsibilities will include : Marketing & Business Development Support : Creating templates for marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, brochures, bid documents, etc.Ensuring that all our materials and guidelines have a consistent message and tone of voice, including copywriting for the mentioned documents as well as for websitesPreparing guidelines and support for legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, IFRL 1000)Gathering information on credentials for use in global bids and for League Tables such as Refinitiv, Merger Market, Pitch Book, etc.Client Opportunity Support : Liaison with BDO Legal and external law firm contacts around the worldGathering fee quotes across jurisdictionsPutting together proposal / bid documentsAssistance in scoping international projectsAdvice on coordinating global engagementsContributing to a global coordination methodologyGlobal Positioning of BDO Legal : Monitoring and promotion of local social media postsDrafting of global social media posts on our activitiesCoordination and design of multi-country whitepapers, gathering technical input from legal divisions in different jurisdictionsSupport in client-facing initiatives such as sponsorships and eventsReporting to M& A league tablesSupporting local teams with legal directory submissionsGeneral Support to Global Legal Practice : Being a team player and getting involved in other department activities where necessaryCollaborating with the Global Coordinator and Leadership Board representatives to execute strategic initiativesContribution to digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects, as capacity allowsJoin us and be part of a growing international team shaping the future of BDO Legal Global.
