We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence in international markets—particularly in English-speaking countries—and to open new business opportunities in the B2B digital services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities using advanced outreach strategies.
- Sales Outreach : Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest.
- CRM Management : Use HubSpot to manage contacts, track deals, and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator : Utilize this tool to identify decision-makers and build high-quality connections.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and drive growth.
- Performance Tracking : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, report on KPIs, and monitor pipeline progression.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital services, SaaS, or professional solutions.Proven success in cold prospecting and client acquisition.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.Excellent command of English (C1 or higher).Knowledge of digital marketing or translation / localization services is a plus.What We Offer
