We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced legal professional to join our finance team.

As a key member of the Finance Department, you will provide transversal legal support, focusing on contract risk analysis and management. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and drafting civil and commercial contracts with various stakeholders, identifying contractual risks, and coordinating with internal departments for effective collaboration.

Contract review and analysis to mitigate potential risks.

Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of legal expertise.

Effective communication with clients and suppliers to meet business objectives.

A Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field is required, along with minimum 5 years' experience as a legal advisor or paralegal. Previous experience working with civil and / or commercial contracts, and proficiency in English are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

Review, analyze, and draft civil and commercial contracts with suppliers, clients, and intra-group companies.
