Global Business Development Manager - GSP Travel, Ticketing & Lodging
Working within the Sales team, your main responsibility will be to attract and develop profitable and successful new business focused on Travel, Ticketing, and Lodging with a very autonomous and proactive approach and to partner with new and existing stakeholders and cross-departmental teams to reach targets. You will manage and oversee the entire sales process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy and prospect list
- Identify, attract, negotiate and close new opportunities with new and existing partners
- Respond to tender requests and drive opportunities with partners
- Analyze and leverage research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion
- Build a comprehensive network within the industry
- Understand key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutions aligning with market trends and partner business needs
- Cooperate, coordinate, problem solve, and manage internal and external stakeholders across all areas of the organization to ensure new business targets are achieved
What You Bring
Minimum 5+ years of experience with a proven sales track record; experience with developing new and existing business customers and segments within the Insurance and Assistance environmentStrong network within the Travel industryExcellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settingsExcellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence, persuade and present to senior levelDedication to high quality standards and willingness to speak up and challengeFluent in English (written and spoken)What We Offer
