Job Title : Digital Adoption Platform Strategy Lead

Location : Barcelona, Spain OR Wroclaw, Poland

Summary : Requirements :

Lead the global strategy, governance, and scaling of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), primarily WalkMe .

Minimum 5+ years in program management / SaaS implementation, with 2+ years hands-on DAP experience.

Drive digital adoption across key enterprise tools (Salesforce, Workday, M365, etc.).

Oversee execution, manage a builder team, and establish repeatable deployment frameworks.

Serve as the key link between executive stakeholders, business units, and technical teams.

Define and track KPIs, delivering executive reporting on ROI and business impact .

Requires strong functional leadership and technical understanding for integrations and UAT.
