F&B Manager

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept :

Together with the Hotel Manager and the Operations team, you are responsible for running a smooth TSH operation in our Madrid hotel. You'll oversee all 'Front of house' areas, such as reception, coworking, and our unique food & drink outlets.

What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for three core areas of the hotel :

Operations :

Coordinate daily hotel operations with your teams and other departments.

Support management across all departments.

Strive for quality and know our product offering thoroughly.

Guide guests to the best local shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Management & Leadership :

Support and work with F&B teams in all operational aspects.

Run daily operational meetings.

Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager and the Connector to build the TSH community.

Plan shifts and communicate team rosters timely.

Lead by example, motivate your team, and maintain an open-door policy.

Performance :

Identify opportunities to generate revenue and add value for guests.

Assist in managing departmental budgets and costs.

Drive revenue targets and monitor performance metrics, including sales, room revenues, and quality.

Who You Are At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality.

Solution-oriented and excellent at connecting people.

Decisive problem-solver with a positive attitude.

Courteous, professional, and approachable.

Capable of handling stressful situations calmly.

Inspiring leader who motivates teams to excellence.

Exceptional Spanish and English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Hardworking, responsible, and proactive.

Legally authorized to work in Spain.
