The role of a Hotel Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of hotel operations on board our vessels. This position plays a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing the product delivery, while upholding all concepts and standards.
This key individual oversees all neighborhoods on Oasis Class vessels, Open Deck areas, boarding and departure procedures at turnaround ports, and ensures a smooth on / off ship operation in various port of calls. They share responsibility with the Hotel Director for the implementation of the OPP Plan across the hotel shipboard organization.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strong ability to build business relationships, and achieve results through others. They must be self-driven, proactive, and possess a growth and problem resolution mindset.
- Three years or more of operational experience above Front of House Divisional head position
- Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian or German is preferred
- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination and execution
- Knowledge of customer service principles including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems, and customer satisfaction evaluation techniques
