Overview
Job Description : We are seeking a skilled M365 support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot features.
Responsibilities
- Messaging Services (Exchange Online & On-Premise) :
- Create and manage Exchange Online and on-premise mail relay servers.
- Handle mailbox creation, distribution list management, and quota settings.
- Monitor mail flow, server health, and transport rules.
- Manage IP whitelisting for SMTP relay and ensure secure mail routing.
- Support mailbox backup and restore operations with defined SLAs (e.g., restore within 2 hours).
- OneDrive Services :
- Administer OneDrive services including folder synchronization and user support.
- Manage incidents and service requests related to OneDrive.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Teams Environment :
- Administer Teams environment including creation, permission management, and app store governance.
- Manage Teams obsolescence and assign enterprise voice numbers.
- Provide incident and request support for Teams and escalate as needed.
- Copilot Features :
- Support deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot features across M365 apps.
- Collaborate with business units to identify use cases and drive adoption.
- Monitor Copilot performance and user feedback to optimize usage.
- M365 Licensing :
- Manage M365 licensing via Active Directory groups.
- Perform regular license cleanup and capacity reviews.
- Elevate license availability issues to relevant teams.
- Service Health Monitoring :
- Monitor service health using Exchange Online portal and Centreon.
- Generate KPI reports on usage, performance, and security status.
- Deliver dashboards and insights to IT Operations and Governance teams.
- Security Measures :
- Ensure secure communication channels and apply DMARC, SPF, DKIM policies.
- Implement multi-factor authentication for remote access to messaging systems.
- Comply with customer Cybersecurity Charter and data protection standards.
Requirements
