Job Opportunity :
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our technical team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site and remote desktop support to clients
- Handle incoming calls and answer questions from clients
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve hardware, software, and application issues
- Analyze errors and maintain hardware, set up / remove workstations, install / configure new software, and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Support meeting rooms and inventory control
Requirements
At least 18 months of experience in IT (or equivalent)Able to build strong relationships with clientsExcellent time management skillsExperience in OS, Apps, and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsSolid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)Benefits
