Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Support Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Support Specialist, you will act as a focal point for streamlining product knowledge and domain-related projects across various features within our software. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly resolving complex queries via chat, tickets, and phone calls.
Our ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve technical issues efficiently. They must also be able to guide users through product features and functionality with patience and clarity. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage a high-volume ticket queue and prioritize tasks based on urgency and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
