IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting a range of hardware and software issues, and supporting IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to all employees across the organization.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of issues including connectivity problems, data access, network failures, low computer performance, and cloud migration.
- Installation and configuration of user equipment and devices, including updates, repairs, maintenance tasks, and data transfers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with multiple devices such as printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and servers.
- Respond to and resolve user-generated support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Skills :
Technical training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or a similar field.At least 1 year of experience in similar support tasks, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.What We Offer :
