Overview
Strategic Partnership Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and brand labelling initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving collaboration and effective partnership management across internal business units, adjacent market companies, and target segment OEMs.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and execute brand labelling strategies and strategic alliances.
Collaborate closely with internal business units to identify opportunities and manage partnerships effectively.
Establish and nurture relationships with adjacent market companies to expand our market reach.
Engage target segment OEMs and understand their unique drive solution needs in partnership with segment leaders.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic alliances and brand-labelled products, including negotiation, contractual agreements, market launch, and ongoing relationship management.
Ensure that all brand-labelled solutions align with brand integrity, compliance, and quality standards.
Avoid delays in project timelines by applying effective risk management.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate regular communication and provide clear visibility into partnership progress, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
Strong knowledge of the industrial drives market and OEM landscapes.
Highly motivated with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing within an industrial automation or related industry.
