Job Title : Compensation and Benefits Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll calculations, processing payroll using ADP software, and collaborating with vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management : Oversight of payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Effective management of new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, mandatory declarations, and final paychecks.
- Leave & Absence Management : Administration of vacation and leave policies, ensuring correct payroll calculations and lawful execution.
- Employment Contract Administration : Maintenance of proper documentation and archiving of employment contracts for easy reference and compliance.
- Social Security & Pension Management : Handling social security and pension contributions in accordance with local legal requirements.
- Vendor Management : Management of relationships with payroll, benefits, and pension service providers to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.
- Benchmarking & Policy Development : Analysis of local market trends in compensation and benefits to support the development and implementation of internal policies.
- HRIS & Data Management : Maintenance of payroll and leave-related HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
- Compliance & Legal Review : Monitoring of changes in labour regulations and review of internal policies for compliance.
- Reporting & Analysis : Provision of payroll and benefits-related reporting and analytical support to assist in decision-making.
Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience : 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, or HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.Skills and Qualifications : Prior team management experience and hands-on experience with ADP payroll software are required.We offer a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
