Your responsibilities :

• Develop & communicate a compelling product strategy and collaborate with the executive team in identifying opportunities for growth.
• Drive innovation & competitive advantage of our products.
• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer care, to develop and launch new products and features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic fit, customer feedback, internal stakeholders' feedback, market trends, and ROI.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Serve as the company's product evangelist, promoting our offerings both internally and externally through presentations, conferences, and other engagements.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a world-class team of product managers and UX / UI experts.
• Analyze and understand market trends.
