Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, adoption, and impact on field force productivity and customer engagement.
- Lead strategic direction, prioritize features, and evangelize Vault CRM capabilities.
- Gather market requirements from stakeholders, design customer-facing solutions, and ensure product features meet industry needs.
- Collaborate across departments to launch new features, manage product backlog, and ensure quality delivery.
- Communicate product vision, conduct training sessions for internal and external audiences, and provide subject matter expertise for market-specific CRM workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).10–12 years of experience in product management, CRM platforms, or life sciences technology solutions.Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva Network, and OpenData platforms.Proven ability to define product vision, manage product backlogs, and deliver market-ready CRM features.Expertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management.Indegene offers accelerated growth opportunities for talent that's bold, industrious, and nimble.
