Job Title : Regional Loss Prevention Manager - Europe
About the Role :
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager, covering mainland Europe. The role involves developing proactive programs to protect our assets and maintaining a safe working environment in our stores.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reducing and preventing any type of company loss, utilizing exception-based reporting software to mitigate risk, and initiating internal theft investigations. They will also develop and execute proper case management, create strong loss prevention awareness among associates, and foster a culture of honesty through positive communications and messaging.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of security equipment, policies, and procedures, as well as extensive retail loss prevention experience at a regional level in Europe. A valid driving license is required for this position.
Responsibilities :
Develop pro-active programs that protect the Company's assets by reducing and preventing any type of Company loss.
Maintain a safe working environment in Stores.
Thorough use of Exception Based Reporting software to mitigate risk.
Initiate and coordinate internal theft investigations and successfully conclude.
Develop and execute proper case management.
Create strong Loss Prevention Awareness among all Associates.
Help foster a culture of honesty through positive communications and messaging.
Work closely with Sales Audit to develop policies and procedures to better detect, report and resolve internal theft events.
Work closely with Store Operations to train and develop Store, District and Regional Directors in all areas of Loss Prevention.
Liaise with local Law Enforcement partners and peer Security Departments in the pursuit of internal and external case resolution.
Build and maintain good relationships with all levels of Retail Store Operations, Distribution, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Internal Audit, IT, Human Resources, Construction, Inventory Control, and other departments.
Requirements :
Must have a working knowledge of security equipment, policies and procedures.
Interview and Interrogation techniques with full knowledge of all applicable laws.
Certified in Wicklander-Zulawski interview and interrogation techniques.
A working knowledge of security equipment, policies and procedures.
Extensive retail Loss Prevention experience at regional level in Europe.
A valid driving license.
