As Vice President of Sales, Europe , you will report directly to the CEO and join the European Board Team , playing a key role in shaping and driving the commercial strategy and business performance across the region.
What You Will Do
- Lead the profitable growth and overall sales strategy across Europe.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive European commercial strategy, working closely with Territory Directors and Global Product Management.
- Align regional strategies to ensure effective execution, accountability, and delivery of business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders including Sales Directors, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, and Technical Support.
- Define volume and profitability targets, supporting regional teams to drive performance through customer retention, new business acquisition, and market expansion.
- Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams, while driving organizational transformation.
