Allianz Services, as part of Allianz Technology, provides essential services under the Digital Resilience as a Service model, supporting the global Protection & Resilience Service Line. Role Overview :
You will be part of the Digital Resilience as a Service division, focusing on Information Security governance, functional steering, and reporting. This role supports executive accountability by aligning security objectives across the Group, engaging with senior stakeholders, and producing high-impact reports for Boards and Regulators. You will contribute to strengthening the Group's resilience posture through structured oversight and collaboration across Allianz entities.
What you do :
- Own alignment and communication of Information Security Target Objectives across the Group, with direct relevance to the Executive Accountability Regime.
- Drive communication and interaction with Allianz's Operating Entities.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Audit, Risk, Group and local Boards.
- Functionally monitor and brief Operating Entities on Allianz Group requirements.
- Report on global Information Security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Create, compile, and continuously enhance reports to senior stakeholders, including Board of Management, Supervisory Board, and Regulators.
- Prepare, manage, and submit reports to Regulators and external auditors.
- Own and maintain use-cases in the central Information Security Management System (ISMS) reporting tool.
- Maintain a central information repository with key Information Security stakeholders.
- Run and support meetings with key stakeholders across the organization.
What you bring :
Knowledge of current regulatory environments regarding Information and Cybersecurity in an international context.Successful track record in working for large and diverse international organizations.Proven experience in functional steering and monitoring in large multinational environments.High-quality analytical and soft skills. Reporting skills are essential.Fluent English mandatory; proficiency in a second major language (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.Ability to communicate complex topics concisely to senior stakeholders.Previous experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer).Background in project management focusing on Information Security is advantageous.Experience with SharePoint pages, workflows, and automation is beneficial.Practical experience in implementing Information Security Governance and management systems.Interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) are highly valued.What we offer :
