What you’ll build :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales execution of SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio across the Southern Europe region. This includes overseeing a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding adoption of SAP’s BTM portfolio – including SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe.
You will play a critical part in enabling cloud transformation and expanding SAP’s footprint across both new and existing enterprise customers with SAP's Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio. You will be accountable for your team’s performance, territory planning, pipeline development, and deal execution. The role requires a combination of people leadership, operational discipline, and strong enterprise sales acumen to drive sustainable growth in a fast‑evolving and highly strategic solution area.
