Project Context
Strategic Focus : This role is created as part of Neurons Lab’s expansion into Europe (or Singapore / APAC, depending on location) with a dedicated focus on Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients.
Market Entry Goal : Build the first wave of direct enterprise relationships in the region, supported by AWS partnerships.
First-Mover Advantage : Establish Neurons Lab as a recognized AI partner in FSI by securing lighthouse accounts in Tier 2 banks, insurance, and asset management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, AI Engineering, and Account Delivery teams to bring tailored AI use cases to market.

New Revenue Generation
Pipeline Development
Generate 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter (SQLs)

Strategic Outreach
Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting C-suite and VP-level executives
Develop FSI-specific value propositions and use cases

Build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts
Partnership & Channel Development
Partner Ecosystem
Generate 30% of pipeline through partner channels
Cultivate relationships with AWS
Contributing to joint go-to-market activities
Maximize partner funding and incentives
Market Intelligence
Monitor FSI market trends and competitive landscape
Identify emerging AI opportunities in assigned territory
Provide insights to AI Engineering team
Pre-Sales & Deal Management
Solution Positioning
Articulate business value and ROI for AI initiatives
Coordinate scoping workshops with AI Engineering team
Lead proposal development, RFP / RFI responses and pricing negotiations
Manage contract process (MSAs, SOWs) through execution
Sales Operations
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts
Provide weekly revenue forecasts with confidence levels
Document sales plays and competitive intelligence
Ensure smooth transition to Account Delivery post-sale
Performance Standards
