Overview
Summary : This is a full-time role where you need to be able to manage the business both as a farmer and a hunter. You are used to working with traditional dealers on mowing and pool cleaning categories, mainly focusing on bringing in new customers and managing them to develop all their potential.

Responsibilities
- Support channel strategy execution and assist in achieving business development and sales targets in Iberia markets
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers, including distributors and dealers
- Support new product introduction to partners, from coordinating the communication to product launch, in line with their assortment selection process.
- Collect market information and assist in analyzing competitors and industry trends.
- Responsible for onboarding and maintaining new dealers across the region.
