Job Description : Europe Senior Area Manager

Report to : Head Area Manager Europe

Main duties are :

• Develop strategic growth at the territory level, full revenue responsibility including forecasting and target performance achievement.
• Support distributors in training, sales and technical service.
• Detect, promote and execute new opportunities.
• Attend customer events and international Fairs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to Head Area Manager and company management.
• To collaborate with others department such as marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Technical department and logistic.
• Ability to travel maximum 80-100 days per year.

Competence :

We are searching for highly motivated, and goal driven person who will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing accounts, and searching for new prospects, increasing both profit and volume of sales in the region Is expected to have Strong ability to communicate with and support customers. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Long-term, strategic focus on accounts. Proactive attitude and teamwork mindset.

Education :

Veterinary degree in veterinary medicine or Agriculture Engineer education or similar or significant experience in the sector.

Fluent in English spoken and written, knowledge of other languages will be an added value.

Experience in commercial with technical approach roles will be highly appreciated.

Field experience in animal production, health or nutrition will be advantageous mainly in monogastric species.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar or equivalent position
