Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Area Manager to lead our sales and distribution strategy across the EMEA region. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned professional experienced in building and expanding distribution networks in international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop manage and grow distribution networks across the EMEA region.
• Lead and support distributors to achieve sales and market penetration targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand ScentAirs footprint.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations product) to align on regional growth strategies.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits with distributors and key clients (up to 40% travel).
• Monitor market trends competitive activity and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present business reports forecasts and performance analysis to senior leadership.
