Lead Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a visionary sales leader to drive operations and growth in our key EMEA market.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take full ownership of a high-potential business unit and drive its expansion across Spain and wider EMEA within a rapidly scaling global IT services provider.

  • Elevate and lead a high-performing outbound sales team from the ground up, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Integrate systems, culture, and operations following recent acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment and efficient execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational execution, including logistics, customer service, and sales support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Launch new products and expand the company's regional footprint across Spain and EMEA, leveraging market insights and trends.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to align strategy and execution, driving business success and growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance, maintaining a strong reputation and trust.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within product sales in IT reseller environments, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Track record of building outbound sales functions and delivering rapid growth, with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
  • Experience with business integration or change leadership post-acquisition, navigating complex organizational changes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented, with a resilient and empathetic approach to leadership.
