ServiceNow Platform Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development group, you will play a vital role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer workflows, and catalog items based on requirements.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, views, and records.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of best practices and provide top-notch support and troubleshooting services.

Proficiency in ServiceNow is essential for this role. You should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
