ServiceNow Platform Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Developer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and be able to develop and customize it to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities Development and Customization : Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.

Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer workflows, and catalog items based on requirements.

Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, views, and records.

Application Design and Implementation : Design and implement applications using ServiceNow tools and technologies.

Platform Maintenance : Maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Process Automation : Automate processes within ServiceNow to improve efficiency and productivity.

Troubleshooting and Support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate project status.

Implementation of Best Practices : Implement best practices in software development and maintenance.

Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience

An upper-intermediate level of English proficiency

Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Studio, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Script Debugger, etc.)

Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages

Knowledge of data structures within ServiceNow, such as CMDB, tables, and relationships

A strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs (REST / SOAP) for integration

Familiarity with database management (MySQL, etc.) and data import / export techniques in ServiceNow
