Descripción del trabajoOptimize Website Performance : enhance site speed, scalability, and security; improve Core Web Vitalsand overall performance metrics; Improve User Experience & Personalization : contribute to the development of advanced personalization features (recommendations, A / B testing); collaborate with UX / UI teams to enhance the customer journey and maximize conversion rates; Contribute to Mobile Development : collaborate on the development and optimization of the mobile app; ensure a consistent andseamless experience between web and mobile; Support the Product & Tech Roadmap : participate in defining the technical roadmap in coordination with the Product team; contribute to key technical decisions and help assess the impact of new developments; At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within e-commerce Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and a strong understanding of modern web architectures Experience in scalability and web performance optimization Experience in tech team management and project management Strong understanding of UX / UI challenges and conversion optimization Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to react quickly and efficiently Experience in mobile app development and optimization, as well as in advanced personalization solutions (AI, machine learning, product recommendations) is a plus Flexible start and finish times 26 days of home office per quarter 23 holiday days per calendar year Exclusive access to our gym program for employees Quarterly team buildings Nice office in the center of Barcelona Pet-friendly office Director Full-time Strategy / Planning, Business Development, and Information Technology Wholesale and International Trade and Development

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the tech team : guide, mentor, and support the development team in daily activities;
- ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development methodologies;
- help structure workflows and improve development processes (agile, sprints, code reviews);
collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to align tech priorities.
optimize APIs, databaseinteractions, and backend services.
support the optimization of search engine functionality and navigation.
monitor mobile KPIs andsuggest improvements.
monitor technical KPIs and recommend improvements.
