Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the tech team : guide, mentor, and support the development team in daily activities; ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development methodologies; help structure workflows and improve development processes (agile, sprints, code reviews); collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to align tech priorities.
• Optimize Website Performance : enhance site speed, scalability, and security; improve Core Web Vitals and overall performance metrics; optimize APIs, database interactions, and backend services.
• Improve User Experience & Personalization : contribute to the development of advanced personalization features (recommendations, A / B testing); collaborate with UX / UI teams to enhance the customer journey and maximize conversion rates; support the optimization of search engine functionality and navigation.
• Contribute to Mobile Development : collaborate on the development and optimization of the mobile app; ensure a consistent and seamless experience between web and mobile; monitor mobile KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Support the Product & Tech Roadmap : participate in defining the technical roadmap in coordination with the Product team; contribute to key technical decisions and help assess the impact of new developments; monitor technical KPIs and recommend improvements.
