Our AI-driven lead generation technology aims to empower sales teams to focus on selling by automating manual prospecting, optimizing workflows, and delivering a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate VP / Head of Engineering to join us. As VP / Head of Engineering, you will take full ownership of the engineering organization, its people, structure, delivery, and long-term scalability. Your mission is to make engineering a force multiplier for fast product iteration, reliability, and a culture of ownership and excellence. While you won’t be coding day-to-day, you may assist the team with coding when needed. Your main focus will be shaping how our teams operate and grow, partnering closely with our CTO and Product leadership to align technical execution with company strategy and ensure we’re set up to scale.

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership & Management : mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team (currently ~8 engineers, scaling to 15+); hire and retain top talent; build scalable onboarding and performance frameworks; conduct 1 : 1s, career growth planning, and feedback cycles; promote a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Execution & Delivery : own engineering delivery and process; drive consistent output across product and platform teams; define and enforce delivery standards, QA, and sprint cadences; track and improve key engineering KPIs; partner with Product on prioritization and scoping to balance speed and stability.
• Org & Strategy : define the engineering org’s structure and scale; own headcount planning and budgeting; translate company strategy into actionable roadmaps and staffing plans; foster cross-team collaboration with Product, Design, and Customer teams.
• Technical Oversight : help ensure pragmatic, scalable architectural decisions; guide build-vs-buy, refactor-vs-replace, and long-term tech debt trade-offs; oversee security, reliability, and compliance practices.
