What You’ll Do :

• Build and own relationships with European biotech and biopharma clients developing cell / gene therapies.
• Lead deal generation and contract negotiations across early- and late‑stage programs.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear value for customers.
• Work closely with technical, project, and leadership teams to shape proposals and partnerships.
