What You’ll Do :

Build and own relationships with European biotech and biopharma clients developing cell / gene therapies.

Lead deal generation and contract negotiations across early- and late‑stage programs.

Translate complex technical solutions into clear value for customers.

Work closely with technical, project, and leadership teams to shape proposals and partnerships.

What You Bring :

7+ years’ experience in business development or commercial roles within a CDMO.

Strong exposure to cell and gene therapy modalities – e.G., plasmid DNA, mRNA, AAV / LV vectors, or cell therapy manufacturing.

Ability to work independently across diverse markets and client types.

Track record of closing deals and building long‑term client partnerships.
