Interim BD & Strategy Lead – Microbial Manufacturing (EU Onsite)

We’re hiring an Interim Business Development & Strategy Lead to secure strategic partners and maximize utilization for an EMA / FDA-approved microbial manufacturing site in the EU.

You will :

• Act as primary contact for partners & clients.
• Drive site outcomes : capacity filling, product supply, lease model, or divestment.
• Execute high-level negotiations with pharma, biotech, and CDMOs.
• Apply microbial AI-driven process optimization to identify bottlenecks and accelerate deal flow.
